Thank you, this is helpful. I am sending an email. I appreciate all of your comments about stress, anxiety, meditation and exercise. For sure I have made many changes since my first diagnoses in July 2016. It seems that every time I get another diagnosis I make more changes to enhance my lifestyle and life.
