This is very encouraging Catherine. The study sample is small and it will take a while to show effect but IMO, this is way in the right direction. I'm really glad to see the inclusion of other types of melanoma and, importantly, Stage IIC patients as well.

Hopefully the treatment is well tollerated.

I like where they say that they aren't including interferon because of its minimal benefit. Yes, this trial seems to make sense and has a lower toxicity expected. I hope it shows promise for its participants and others in the future.
