Is it ok to take a muli-vitamin with breakfast and then an antioxidant pill with lunch? Is that too much? Will it affect me? Both the vitamin and the antioxidant pill have a good amount of vitamin A,C, and E.

Vitamin D is the one vitamin shown to help the immune system and that most people lack in their diet. Otherwise, eating local, fresh, organic produce and keeping red meat to a minimum (vegetarian diet even better) is the best way to get your vitamins.

what is the antioxidant pill? I take several vitamins a day. Vit B, C, omega / fish, slippery elm, vit d, astraxanthin (antioxidant that helps with sun damage – although this one is controversial), calcium, mg and zinc. I don’t take a multi.
