Approximately how long does it take for a mole or lesion to go from Stage 1 to Stage 3 if untreated? Months I’m guessing thanks

No one knows the answer. Although, a mole that is determined to be nodular melanoma skips the usual biological growth phases and can progress faster to the next stage.
