Catherine, any info on this? Saw it via Google alerts…

http://clinicaltrials.gov/show/NCT01714739” class=”bbcode_url”>http://clinicaltrials.gov/show/NCT01714739 Phase 1, “The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of BMS-986015 given in combination with BMS-936558 and to identify dose limiting toxicities (DLTs) and the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) of the combination, in subjects with advanced (metastatic and/or unresectable) solid tumors.” From NCI, anti-KIR “…may prevent KIR-mediated inhibition of NK cells and permit NK cell-mediated anti-tumor cytotoxicity.”

I try to keep up with these in case I recur somewhere other than CNS.
