Does anyone know if studies are ongoing regarding best dosage? Does the FDA ever change a dosage once approved? It was approved at the lower 3mg dosage but docs could up it. June 13, 2013 at 8:24 pm #61341 StevenParticipant Thanks Catherine. I’m guessing there are a few treatment naive folks who would want to take 10MG and hope for the 38-50% results. This paper reports at 4 years because that is where they were at, but those numbers could hold up for many more years. Will be posting that phase III trial locations soon. Author Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) The forum ‘Melanoma Diagnosis: Stage IV’ is closed to new topics and replies.
