I happened upon this article today in Philly.com, the online version of the Philadelphia Inquirer. It is by “Patient #1” , a.k.a T.J. Sharpe, the melanoma blogger who shares his journey with Stage IV melanoma. Some of you who attended this year’s MIF “Safe from the Sun” event, will recall that T.J. was honored at the event.

Thanks – good advice from someone who knows the real risks. I live at the beach & love it but boy do I follow his advice. Gently I try & educate & hopefully by example will inspire people to be aware. Thanks for sharing. Karen
