Hard immovable lump near spine

Hi- I was diagnosed many years ago w stage 1. Since then, I have

had a couple of scares but things were caught in time.

For the past year I have been feeling unwell, many ailments. I now have a large painless,

Immovable lump right next to my spine midway down my back.

It is large and I just found it, not sure how long it has been there. It doesn’t hurt

but I have pain in my groin lymph node and pain in my

leg, more in the bone. Does this warrant a visit right away to my

doc? I also have daily migraines, vertigo and vision problems. There is a small mole near

hard painless lump.

Absolutely, get this checked out! It may not be melanoma but you need to find out what is going on. You will then get some peace of mind.
