    2 WT mutations that were found in my tumor samples are:

  • BRAF G466E (from the original BRAF testing done by Kaiser)

    NRAS G12A (from testing done at UCSF).


  • I’ve seen the NRAS one mentioned as a known mutation seen in other patients’ tumors, but so far not the G466 BRAF one.

I think this is all very interesting and exciting when we can match a mutation to a therapy!
