    I just wanted to know how you all move on. I cannot get into counselling with the NHS, so need some guidance for self help.

    I feel an awful guilt and worry for reoccurrence, that I cannot move on.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I think a combination of keeping busy with something you have passion for, taking up something new, such as a sport or craft, meditating with the various aps available, talking to friends about your feelings all might help. Time does heal with this but your body and mind had a wake up call that you are mortal and we all must enjoy each moment.
