    In my experience 7-14 days is usual turn around. I would ask for a rush due to the dermatologist that just possibly scared you to death possibly for no reason. They rushed mine before as per my request.

    ***UPDATE***

    The Basal cell was excised yesterday and all went well. It was a 3 inch long excision and took 10 stitches.

    Another biopsy will be performed to confirm that they got it all.

    ***UPDATE***

    Received a phone call today that the excised tissue was examined and confirmed that all of the cancer was removed.

    Finally finished with this stressful ordeal.
