    Yes, melanoma is fascinating to researchers because it is so immune responsive. There are some very interesting studies going on!

    Here in Australia they have also discovered that a beta blocker that is already widely available cuts of blood supply to melanoma tumours….it’s comforting to know that our scientists seem to be really going gun ho on research here for a cure!

    Can we know which beta blocker? It would be helpful, no? I mean, its available in drug stores now and we can’t know what it is? How about saving lives and transforming melanoma into a chronic disease???

    I believe it is propranolol. I plan to ask my oncologist the next time I see him.

    I thought the beta blockers were disproven as useful but I could be wrong. Thanks for the kind words. I’m thankful for every healthy day I get..and feel empathy for those who must fight this disease.
