For those of you who wear your lymphedema compression sleeves on a frequent basis, how do you keep the inside of your elbow from getting irritated while working at the computer? I work at a computer so my elbow is bent at a 90 degree angle on a frequent basis. My therapist has given me undercast padding to wear in the crease of my elbow that I cut to size, put it in place, and then pull the sleeve up over it. It works for a while before the padding wears thin so it’s still a problem. The brand of sleeve doesn’t matter, it has to do with the elbow in a bent position causing the sleeve to cut into the bend. My therapist hasn’t seen this on any other patient nor has my surgeon.
Anyone else experience this?
