Further removal of lymph nodes is usually not warranted. Immunotherapy can be either keytruda or opdivo.
Both are infusions that are given every three weeks (I believe for both brands now) side effects vary among patients. Some have little, or minimal, others have more trouble with them. These are very good drugs for 40% of the population and I hope they will be effective for you. Be sure to talk to your provider at length about your options. Are you BRAF negative or positive? That would allow other drug possibilities.
