    Hi Gilly,

Are you looking in the U.S. or globally? Do they not have any other options? It is usually quite costly to the patient and yet not scientifically proven yet with randomized or otherwise trial validation. But happy to help.

Hi Catherine – uk patient – too old (late 50’s) for european trial TILs – still looking though – just wanted to see what options there are in the US – heard that at one site the treatment was a trial (so free) and the costs would be accommodation/extras etc – the patient is looking for alternatives but has done pretty much everything !

I checked pretty recently at the National Cancer Institute which was free to global residents for this TIL trial, but that ended. Otherwise, MD Anderson has it but extremely expensive as does Moffitt Cancer Center. Neither have the promising results of the National Cancer Institute as of yet. I’m not sure of other locations. There will be some clinical trials possibly soon testing the efficacy of TIL in the US.
