    Very often I see 0.76mm stated as a cutoff for risk, for SLNB, etc… it seems like such an arbitrary number and how can you really measure to 0.01 of a mm? Why 0.76 instead of 0.73 or 0.81? How did they arrive at this number?

    Probably from the AJCC standards, and it is being above the .75 juncture. This truly varies from cancer center to center. Some have a 1.0 designation.
