Solid gold advice!

I found that, after so many months of living in fear and with my focus on someone else, it was hard to readjust my focus back towards myself. I was out of balance. Re-establishing a balance was difficult but by doing exactly what the article says, it slowly returned. Also, dealing with the fear of recurrence is key for me to being able to be grateful for what is here and now and enjoying the moment and life again.

Thanks Catherine.

Jeff
