Thanks Catherine......even though im half way to being cleared, anxiety pops up now and again.

We all get a wake up call when diagnosed. Life is precious, try not to waste time in thinking too much or dwelling on negative things. These thoughts are not who we are. We are here to help.

if you realised that you suffer from the anxiety and depression, As such difficuilt time period you remind yourself that whats the reason make you happy and what's the purpose of your life i the best therapy to treat yourself try at once
